**THIS IS A 7-WEEK WOMEN-ONLY LIVE (ZOOM) WORKSHOP STARTING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 5 AT 8:30-10:00 AM PACIFIC TIME AND CONTINUING ON FEBRUARY 12, 19, 26, MARCH 12, 19, 26 (SKIPPING MARCH 5) *** This is a powerful workshop exploring the challenges of intimacy with others, healing after painful betrayals, and tools for "Rising Strong" again. Kristin Snowden, MA, LMFT, CDWF will walk participants through Dr. Brené Brown's Rising Strong material (workbooks and videos included). She will educate participants and engage discussion on topics around intimacy, connection, shame resiliency, building trust & vulnerability with self and others. The material explores the role shame can play in our lives and relationships and tools to practice shame resiliency, self-compassion, and more. The group is limited to 15 women to allow the group setting to remain safe, intimate, and supportive (most attendees will be betrayed partners). Kristin will provide a mix of lecture/education, Q&A, and open discussion/support for all clients. There will be videos, exercises, tools, and workbooks provided. In addition to the weekly 90 minute group sessions with Kristin, there will also be optional weekly break-out sessions that will allow clients to connect and get to know one another. This workshop is meant to create a safe community for people to meet, connect, learn, grow, and share their stories. (This group does not replace therapy.
