Healing After Betrayal: A 5-Week Women’s Support Group Discovering a partner’s betrayal can trigger a wave of overwhelming emotions—anger, grief, fear, and deep loss. The pain is often complex and misunderstood, leaving many unsure how to begin healing. This 5-week guided group is designed to help you process that grief, make sense of your experience, and move forward—whether you choose to rebuild your relationship or continue without your partner. Program Details Women-only | Live on Zoom Thursdays, 8:30–10:00 AM (PT) April 30, May 7, 14, 21, 28 Led by Kristin Snowden, MA, LMFT, a therapist specializing in betrayal trauma and sex and love addiction recovery, this intimate group (limited to 14 participants) offers a safe, supportive environment for healing and clarity. Each session includes a blend of education, guided discussion, Q&A, and peer support. What You’ll Explore Identifying betrayal trauma, deception, and loss Understanding and grieving different forms of loss (emotional, relational, financial, and more) Processing pain and shame through inner child and parts work Rebuilding self-trust, intuition, and personal empowerment Developing shame resilience and fostering healthy connection What’s Included Five weekly 90-minute live group sessions Guided exercises and course materials Optional weekly breakout sessions for deeper connection and support Please note: This workshop is not a substitute for therapy.
