***THIS IS A ONE-MEETING GROUP VIA ZOOM TAKING PLACE ON TUESDAY FEBRUARY 10 AT 4:00-5:30PM PACIFIC TIME*** **Kristin will schedule additional mens-only groups based on interest, availability, and feedback on potential days/times for future meetings Experiencing betrayal due to infidelity, addiction, and/or emotional abuse can be the most devastating experience in one's life. However, no one can or should go through it alone. This group is ideal for betrayed partners who are looking for guidance and support, post-discovery. Kristin Snowden, MA, LMFT--a seasoned therapist who specializes in betrayal trauma along with sex and love addiction recovery--provides a small, safe space of up to 15 participants to begin the journey toward healing and clarity (via Zoom). The live workshop is a mix of lecture/education, Q&A, and open discussion/support for all clients. The single session covers topics like: 1) What is Trauma & Betrayal Trauma? Evidence-based ways to heal the trauma 2) How the mind, body, and emotions are impacted and tools to help you take your control back 3) Important tools to heal after discovery: fear of vulnerability, rebuilding trust, reconnecting with your instincts, and exploring shame 4) What does recovery look like? This workshop includes: 1) A weekly 90-minute live group sessions with Kristin 2) All exercises, videos, and course material (THIS WORKSHOP DOES NOT REPLACE THERAPY.
