Uncovering a partner's betrayal brings a gamut of emotions; fear, hurt, loss, grief, to name a few. Even after a relationship has ended, betrayed partners continue to struggle with overwhelming, multi-layered challenges. This group will be a safe space for betrayed partners where reconciliation is off table can share, receive, and offer support to each another through the next chapter of their lives. ***THIS IS A 9-WEEK LIVE ZOOM GROUP THAT MEETS FRIDAY MORNINGS 8:15am-9:45am Pacific Time FROM JUNE 20-AUGUST 15 ** FIVE SESSIONS WILL BE LEAD BY KRISTIN (6/20, 7/11, 7/25, 8/1, 8/15) AND FOUR SESSIONS WILL BE OPEN FOR THE GROUP TO MEET, SUPPORT EACH ANOTHER, AND ENGAGE ON GROUP TOPICS (6/27, 7/4, 7/18, 8/8)** Kristin Snowden, MA, LMFT--a seasoned therapist who specializes in betrayal trauma along with sex and love addiction recovery--provides a small, safe space of up to 14 women to continue the journey toward healing and clarity (via Zoom). The live workshop is a mix of lecture/education, Q&A, and open discussion/support for all clients. The 9-week session covers topics like: 1) Creating and maintaining healthy boundaries with ex-partner and family/friends 2) Processing grief and loss 3) Healing a traumatized nervous system after the crisis settles down 4) Developing tools for empowerment, reconnecting with instincts and intuition 5) Tools and support to continue to engage addict/betraying partner, reality check what makes sense and "what's normal" 6) Education on addiction recovery and attachment traumas This workshop includes: 1) Weekly 90-minute live group sessions with Kristin 2) All exercises and course material 3) Additional weekly "break-out sessions" for participants to meet-up, connect, and share their stories in an effort to create safety and community (THIS WORKSHOP DOES NOT REPLACE THERAPY.
