Grief and Loss After Betrayal

Uncovering a partner's betrayal brings a gamut of emotions; anger, hurt, loss, fear, to name a few. However, a powerful. long-lasting emotion that often goes undiscussed and unprocessed is GRIEF. There is so much grief to process when you discover the lies and hurtful acts of your partner. This workshop will focus on processing and working through that grief, whether you're continuing on without your partner or you're remaining in the relationship. ***THIS IS A 4-WEEK LIVE GROUP MEETING VIA ZOOM ON FRIDAYS 8:30-10:00AM PACIFIC TIME ON NOV 8, 15, 22, (skip 11/29), DEC 6*** Kristin Snowden, MA, LMFT--a seasoned therapist who specializes in betrayal trauma along with sex and love addiction recovery--provides a small, safe space of up to 14 participants to begin the journey toward healing and clarity (via Zoom). The live workshop is a mix of lecture/education, Q&A, and open discussion/support for all clients. The 4-week session covers topics like: 1) Identifying the lies, deception, betrayal trauma, and loss 2) Explore an inventory of loss (dreams, ideas, physical/financial loss, emotional, etc.) 3) Process pain, shame, explore "parts work"/inner child work 4) Develop tools for empowerment, reconnecting with instincts and intuition This workshop includes: 1) Weekly 90-minute live group sessions with Kristin 2) All exercises and course material 3) Additional weekly "break-out sessions" for participants to meet-up, connect, and share their stories in an effort to create safety and community (THIS WORKSHOP DOES NOT REPLACE THERAPY. IT HELPS PARTICIPANTS GAIN KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING, EMPOWERMENT, AND SUPPORT DURING A CHALLENGING TIME) ***REFUND POLICY: YOU CAN RECEIVE A FULL REFUND UP TO 48 HOURS BEFORE THE FIRST MEETING AND A 50% REFUND AFTER THE FIRST SESSION (WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER THE FIRST SESSION)***

Cancellation Policy

Participants will get a 100% refund if they cancel 48 hours before the day of the first event, they get 50% refund if they cancel within 24 hrs from the first meeting.
