No one should have to navigate relational pain alone. These small groups (via Zoom) are meant to be a safe space for anyone who's been impacted by a loved one's addiction, porn issues, infidelity, chronic emotional abuse, gaslighting, and betrayal trauma.
Additional weekly break-out sessions help participants connect, share, & support one another.

COURAGEOUS CONNECTION
Engage in deep personal + interpersonal work exploring topics around intimacy, connection, shame, and vulnerability (based on Brene Brown’s Daring Way & Rising Strong material). This small group is limited in number to create a safe, intimate, and supportive space. Kristin will provide a mix of videos, education, Q&A, and open discussion for all clients to gain the support they need. There will also be optional weekly break-out sessions that will allow clients to connect and get to know one another.
